Taraba state governor not dead-SSG confirms

Taraba state governor, Mr. Danbaba Dan-Fulani Suntai is not dead,the secretary to the state government (SSG) has confirmed to newsmen. There was an outbreak of unconfirmed reports in some online news organizations that the politician may have died following a plane crash that occurred on his way to Yola Airport in Adamawa state.

Officials of Taraba state government confirmed that the governor, a pharmacist was flying the private jet when the incident happened. They said people should disregard the widespread information that the governor lost his life.

The governor is receiving treatment at the General Hospital Yola according to latest news gathered by niyitabiti.net. No statement on the other persons on the flight yet.
