Psy’s Gangnam style makes history with 1 billion views on Youtube
South Korean born rapper Psy’s Gangnam style beats Justin Bieber’s ‘Baby’ video to become the most viewed video on Youtube. The video went viral on the internet shortly after it was posted on the internet on July 15 this year. Subsequently Gangnam style made marked one billion page views on Friday.
The record breaking song on Youtube shocked the Psy the rapper. According to him, he was shocked that it could record such feat. The South Korean citizen said “I was not even expecting 1 million views,let alone one billion”
It has been a year of tremendous achievement for the Korean pop star. Recently he performed for US President Barak Obama,he also won the best video at MTV Europe music awards.
