Nollywood actor,Justus Esiri is dead. The actor who shot into limelight in the 80s as headmaster in the popular TV drama series Village Headmaster, is the father of Marvin records’ Dr. Sid. Sources disclosed that the ex-Mohits star is Esiri’s second son.

The death of the veteran actor is a shock to many people.Niece of the actor and beautician, Juliet Esiri of Okin Arewa said “I wish its all a dream”
He was aged 71 and he would be remembered for his invaluable contributions to the Nigerian movie industry and entertainment in general.
Justus Esiri’s biography shows that he attended Urhobo Colleged in the old Bendel State now Edo state.He also proceeded to Germany to study engineering. In Europe, he fell in love with acting.On his return to Nigeria, Esiri worked with Voice of Nigeria.
Esiri holds the national honour of Member of Niger (MON).
