By John Obuko: City businessman and Philanthropist, Chief Rilwan Olofin the Chairman of R~Olofin Construction Co Ltd has congratulated Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu on his emergence as the Presidential Flagbearer of All Progressive Congress (APC).
Olofin, who is also founder of Omo Olofin Foundation, a non-governmental organization NGO) said most Nigerians are not surprised that Tinubu won the APC presidential ticket; given his track record as a committed democrat and leader with excellent leadership qualities.
